A tour of the proposed Paull Village Enhancement Scheme : viewpoint 2

view of Paull lighthouse

Perhaps the most appropriate point to start the "tour" of the proposed Paull foreshore improvements is the original Trinity House lighthouse.

A listed building of particular character, it is probably one of the most photographed (and painted) features of the village.

The tour takes us south from the village, initially along a roughly surfaced private road (which is a public right-of-way.)

The new river wall is of high quality and topped with sound hand-rails, recognising the tendency for people to walk along the top of the wall. The footpath, for most of its length, is of good standard but prone to some flooding after heavy rain or high waves.
